1 /2 pint fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon confectioner’s sugar
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
2 cups VELVET Vanilla Lover’s Trio or Chocolate Nut Lover’s
Ice Cream
In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, sugar and liqueur.
Add the fresh raspberries and stir gently. Refrigerate, tightly
covered for about one hour. To serve, scoop the VELVET ice cream
into stemmed glassware. Spoon the raspberries over the ice cream
and drizzle the remaining syrup over each serving.
