Ingredients
- 1 container Velvet Homemade Vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 fresh bananas
- 1 teaspoon banana extract
- 8 oz container whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove Velvet Vanilla Bean ice cream from freezer to soften.
- In a bowl, mix together crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter. Press crust mixture into a pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes until crust has set.
- In a large bowl, mash 3 bananas with a fork. Add the softened ice cream and the banana extract to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
- Thinly slice the remaining banana for garnish and set aside.
- Pour the ice cream mixture into the prepared crust. Cover the ice cream with a layer of whipped topping. Garnish with banana slices.
- Freeze one hour before serving.
