  • 4-5 peaches, pitted and sliced
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1 stick cold, unsalted butter, diced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, add the slices peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg. Toss ingredients until peaches are thoroughly coated.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared baking dish.
  5. For the topping, combine the butter and flour until crumbly mixture. Add in brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg until the mixture resembles the size of peas. Sprinkle topping evenly over filling.
